Town Court

The Charlton Town Court handles criminal matters, traffic infractions, small claims (up to $3,000), civil matters, Town ordinance violations, and evictions.

DA night is the first Thursday of each month and starts at 5 pm. 

The 2nd and 4th Thursdays Court starts at 6pm.

Please note : The Court Clerk will be out of the office on May 30th and June 3rd. The office will be open on Wednesday June 5th. Thank you
