Duties & Responsibilities

The Town of Charlton government provides the leadership and direction to prevent, mitigate and respond to emergencies and disasters.

To meet this responsibility the Town of Charlton shall implement an Emergency Operations Plan.

It shall be the responsibility and duty of the Supervisor, or their successor, to declare the existence of such an emergency condition.
