Meeting was called to order by Chairman, Maggie Schmidt at 7:30 P.M.  Present were: Audrey Ketchum, Kurt Vanderhorst, Chip Ellms, Maggie Schmidt and Chris Nelson. 

 

Minutes were approved via the internet for the last meeting and Public Hearing.

 

Maggie reminded the Board of the Planning Conference being held in Saratoga Springs. 

 

The By-Laws need to be amended to reflect the change made to the Application and Appeal application stating the requirements for notifying neighboring property owners of a Public Hearing.  Maggie asked Chris to work on the By-Law amendment and email it, as well as the revised application to the Board.  She asked for a motion to accept the proposed changes to the application.  Chip Ellms made the motion and Kurt Vanderhorst seconded.  There was no further discussion.  A vote was taken and all were in favor. 

 

Maggie said she hasn’t heard anything on the cell tower information and will keep the Board informed if she does.  Also, she will keep the Board informed if the county will be having any informational meetings.  If there is anyone that the Board would like to ask to come in and speak to them on a particular subject, they were asked to let Maggie know. 

 

There is no hearing for October. 

 

A motion was made by Chip Ellms to close the meeting, seconded by Kurt Vanderhorst.  Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
