The meeting was called to order at 7:35 by Chairman Maggie Schmidt. Those present were Kurt Vanderhorst, Ed Malis, Nilda Burke, Maggie Schmidt, and Bob VanVranken, Attorney.

A motion was made by Nilda and seconded by Kurt to approve the minutes of the April meeting. All were in favor.

 

Under old business Maggie asked Bob was the status is of the cell tower ordinance. He said the Town Board still has it.

 

Under new business, Maggie received a call from a lawyer from Verizon who asked what they had to do to get a dish on the existing cell tower. Maggie told him they do not need a special use permit because when the cell tower ordinance was approved by the ZBA, they approved it with the addition of five extra sites for other companies. Maggie told the lawyer that they will have to come to the Town for a building permit for the substation they will have to put on the site.

Maggie told the Board that there are two hearings for July.

 

A motion was made by Kurt Vanderhorst and seconded by Ed Malis to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
