Special Meeting Minutes

July 22, 2008

The Town Board Town of Charlton held a Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2008, at 5:00pm at Town Hall, 784 Charlton Road, Charlton, N.Y. 12019. 

Present: Councilman Gardner, Councilman Verola, , Councilman Lippiello, Supervisor Grattidge, Tony Ward, Joel Howard, Robert VanVranken.

The meeting was called to order at 5:00pm by Supervisor Grattidge.

A motion was made by Councilman Verola and seconded by Councilman Lippiello to go into Executive Session to discuss the New Town Hall litigation. 

Vote:  All Ayes, Zero Nays.

The Town Board came out of Executive Session at 6:25pm.  Discussion was held regarding the purchase of a new computer for the Supervisor’s Secretary.

A motion was made by Councilman Verola and seconded by Councilman Lippiello to authorize the purchase of a Hewlett Packard computer suggested by Craig Jones up to $1,300.

Vote:  All Ayes, Zero Nays.
