Special Meeting Minutes

April 14, 2008

The Town Board Town of Charlton held a Special Meeting on Monday, April 14, 2008, at 4:30pm at Town Hall, 784 Charlton Road, Charlton, N.Y. 12019. 

Present: Councilman Gardner, Councilman Verola, Councilman Salisbury, Councilman Lippiello, Supervisor Grattidge, Tony Ward, Joel Howard, Robert VanVranken, Paul Vosburgh.

The meeting was called to order at 4:34pm by Supervisor Grattidge.

A motion was made by Councilman Verola and seconded by Councilman Lippiello to go into Executive Session to discuss the New Town Hall litigation. 

Vote:  All Ayes, Zero Nos.

The Town Board came out of Executive Session at 5:57pm.
