The Town Board of Charlton, Special Meeting was held at Charlton Town Hall, January 9, 2008. 

Present: Supervisor Grattidge, Councilman Gardner, Councilman Salisbury,  Councilman Verola, Owner Rep Tony Ward, and AKW employee John Fitzmaurice

Absent:  Robert Lippiello

The meeting was called to order at 4:00 pm by Supervisor Grattidge. The schedule of values for the General Construction Contract were reviewed and discussed as to remaining value in the Phase I portions and its relationship to Selective chosen firm pricing to complete Phase I of the Schmidt Contract.  No action or votes were taken. 

The meeting adjourned at 5:30 pm.
