TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING

January 9, 2008

Town Board of Charlton, Special Meeting held at Charlton Town Hall, January 9, 2008 7:00 pm, called to order by Supervisor Grattidge.

Present: Supervisor Grattidge, Councilman Gardner, Lippiello, Salisbury, and Verola

The Supervisor asked for a motion to go into executive session to discuss the annual agreements with the Attorneys for the Town.

Moved by           Councilman Verola

Seconded by       Councilman Lippiello

All Board members voted in favor of the motion

The Town Board came out of executive session at 9:00pm and no action was taken.
