Meeting to Discuss New Town Hall
Project
The Special meeting of the
Town Board of Charlton, Saratoga County, New York held at 4:00pm at Town Hall
784 Charlton Road, Charlton, NY 12019 called to order by Supervisor Grattidge.
Present: Supervisor Grattidge, Councilman Lippiello, Councilman
Gardner, Councilman Salisbury and Councilman Verola
Others Present: Professor Paul G. Carr Ph.D.,PE, consultant
in construction management and forensic engineer, Town Attorney Robert
VanVranken, Joel Howard, Paul Vosburgh, Rob Olori, and Tony Ward.
A motion was made by Councilman
Salisbury seconded by Councilman Salisbury to enter into an executive session
to discuss potential litigation of contractual issues with the New Town Hall
Project.

Councilman Salisbury: Aye, Councilman Verola: Aye, Supervisor Grattidge:
Aye Approved
The
Town Board received a written report of the Town Hall Project from Dr. Carr.
At 5:30 Councilman Salisbury
was excused to attend a funeral. The Town Board reconvened from Executive
Session.
The Town Board has instructed
the Town Attorney to contact the Bonding Company and Walter Schmidt. A copy of Dr. Carr’s report will be
forwarded to the Bonding Company and Mr. Schmidt.
The Town Board requested a
meeting with Bond Company and Walter Schmidt to be called by September 5, 2007,
to discuss the report.
The
Town Board took no formal action.
The Special Meeting of the
Town Board adjourned at 5:45pm.
