Meeting to Discuss New Town Hall Project

 

The Special meeting of the Town Board of Charlton, Saratoga County, New York held at 4:00pm at Town Hall 784 Charlton Road, Charlton, NY 12019 called to order by Supervisor Grattidge.

 

Present:  Supervisor Grattidge, Councilman Lippiello, Councilman Gardner, Councilman Salisbury and Councilman Verola

 

Absent: Heather Scribner, Town Clerk

 

Supervisor Grattidge opened the meeting, asked for a motion to enter into executive session to discuss possible litigation concerning the New Town Hall Project.

 

A motion was made by Councilman Verola seconded by Councilman Lippiello to enter into executive session to discuss possible litigation concerning the New Town Hall Project.

 

Roll call vote:  Councilman Gardner: Aye, Councilman Lippiello: Aye, Councilman Salisbury: Aye, Councilman Verola: Aye, Supervisor Grattidge: Aye Approved

 

The Town Board reconvened from executive session at 5:00pm.

 

RESOLUTIONS & MOTIONS

 

A motion made by Councilman Lippiello seconded by Councilman Verola that Resolution No. 114 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN ATTORNEY TO CONTACT A PROJECT NEUTRAL FOR THE NEW TOWN HALL PROJECT be approved:

 

Roll call vote:  Councilman Gardner: Aye, Councilman Lippiello: Aye, Councilman Salisbury: Aye, Councilman Verola: Aye, Supervisor Grattidge: Aye  Approved

 

The Special Meeting of the Town Board adjourned at 5:15pm.

RESOLUTION NO.114

 

 

July 18, 2007

 

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN ATTORNEY TO CONTACT A PROJECT NEUTRAL FOR THE NEW TOWN HALL PROJECT

 

 

WHEREAS, the Town Board reconvened out of executive session at the Town Board Special Meeting held on July 18, 2007 and,

 

BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board hereby directs the Town Attorney to contact a Project Neutral Mr. Carr and to investigate the use of a project neutral for the New Town Hall Project and discuss developing a proposal for such services.
