Work Shop, Organizational Resolutions

The Special meeting of the Town Board of Charlton, Saratoga County, New York held at 400 PM at Town Hall 784 Charlton Road Charlton, New York 12019, called to order by Supervisor Grattidge.

Present:  Supervisor Grattidge Councilman Gardner, Councilman Lippiello, Councilman Salisbury and Councilman Verola,

The Town Board had a discussion concerning the Annual Town Board Organizational Resolutions.  A number of items came up that will need further research.

The Town Board took no action.

Supervisor Grattidge adjourned the meeting at 5:30PM.
