Town Hall Project

The Special meeting of the Town Board of Charlton, Saratoga County, New York held at 4:00pm at the office of Town Attorney Robert VanVranken Esq., 227 Kingsley Road, BurntHills, NY 12027, called to order by Supervisor Grattidge.

Present:  Supervisor Grattidge Councilman Gardner, Councilman Lippiello, Councilman Verola,

Others Present: Town Attorney Robert VanVranken Esq., Paul Vosburgh Town Hall Project Architect, Owners Representative Tony Ward, Paul Buzash, Walter Schmidt General Contractor, Larry Fox Esq.

The Town Board met with the Town Hall Project Architect and Owners Representative to discuss the slow progress of the Town Hall Project.  The Architect Paul Vosburgh and Owners Representative Tony Ward gave an overview of their concerns to the Town Board.

Mr. Walter Schmidt and Mr. Fox Esq. entered the meeting at 5:00pm.  The Town Board raised many issues to Mr. Schmidt about the slow progress of the Town Hall Project.  Mr. Schmidt stated that he was committed to the project and will deliver the New Town Hall on time.

The Town Board instructed all participants to improve communications and work together to get this important project done.

The Town Board took no action.  The board will continue further discussions regarding the town hall project.

Supervisor Grattidge adjourned the meeting at 5:30pm.
