Special Meeting Minutes

May 5, 2008

The Town Board Town of Charlton held a Special Meeting on Monday, May 5, 2008, at 6:00 pm at Town Hall, 784 Charlton Road, Charlton, N.Y. 12019. 

Present: Councilman Gardner, Councilman Verola, Councilman Salisbury, Councilman Lippiello, Supervisor Grattidge, Attorney Joel Howard

The meeting was called to order at 6:16 pm by Supervisor Grattidge, and the Board went into Executive Session.

The Board came out of Executive Session at 6:52pm.

The Board authorized Attorney Joel Howard to proceed with the tender agreement with Surety and Rockmore, and the Board authorized Supervisor Grattidge to sign the agreement.
