Special Meeting

July 5, 2006

 

2:30 pm

 

The Special meeting of the Town Board of Charlton, Saratoga County, New York held at 2:30pm at the Office of Attorney Robert VanVranken, called to order by Supervisor Grattidge.

 

Present:  Supervisor Grattidge, Councilman Gardner, Councilman Lippiello, and Councilman Verola

Absent: Councilman Salisbury

 

Others Present: Attorney Robert VanVranken and (conference call) Paul Vosburgh, Architect.

 

A discussion was held relating to the July 3, 2006 meeting concerning the new town hall project.  The town board instructed the town attorney to send a response letter to Schmidt & Schmidt.

 

Supervisor Grattidge adjourned the meeting at 3:45pm.
