Description of Parks & Reservations

Gideon Hawley and Elmer Smith Parks can be reserved for use by Town residents.

 

Gideon Hawley Park has been used for small outdoor weddings throughout the summer and is the setting for the annual Memorial Day Service honoring Charlton’s Veterans.

 

Elmer Smith Park has the following amenities: playground equipment, tennis, basketball & volleyball courts, baseball fields, and a pavilion with picnic tables.

 

Completed Applications for Park Use must be returned to the Town Clerk’s Office for scheduling.
