WHEREAS:

Fire Commissioner and former Chief Vernon Henry Pashley has been taken from us. And whereas he has faithfully served the Harmony Corners Fire Department, Inc., the Harmony Corners Fire District and the citizens of our community from January 1954 until present.

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED:

That the loss felt by his passing from our fellowship, and the staunch dedication he exhibited to our work and the ongoing effort for the preservation of life and property, be fully recognized by our members.

That our members express our deep and sincere sympathy to his family and friends, and that our trust in God Almighty give them and us a certainty of hope for life, and for the future.

That the record of his service and achievements be made public.

And that finally, that a page in his honor and a copy of this resolution be placed in the minutes of the department, and that a copy be forwarded to his family.
