Timothy Crane 1760-1836 buried in Isaac Smith Cemetery Charlton, New York

Timothy Crane was born on 27 May 1760 in Newark, NJ. In 1791, Timothy purchased a hundred acre farm on Charlton Road from Ithamer and Sarah Coe. In later years this place was owned by one of Charlton's Supervisors, Fred Hequembourg and his wife Helen. In addition to this farm, in 1866, the Crane families also owned the Holmes farm on Crane Street. Timothy died on 9 May 1836. He is buried in the Isaac Smith Burial Ground, Division Street, Charlton.

First Generation 1. Timothy CRANE was born on 27 May 1760 in Newark,,NJ. He died on 9 May 1836. He was buried in Isaac Smith Cemetery, Division St.,Charlton. Timothy married Esther BRUEN. Esther was born on 8 Dec 1763. She died on 13 Jan 1824. She was buried in Isaac Smith Cemetery, Division St.,Charlton. They had the following children:   2 M i Aaron CRANE was born on 13 Oct 1782. He died on 23 Jan 1860. He was buried in Isaac Smith Cemetery, Division St.,Charlton.   3 F ii Sarah CRANE was born on 28 Sep 1784. She died on 1 Sep 1822.         Sarah married William COOK son of Asher COOK and Helena BARCALOW on 17 Jan 1806. William was born on 24 Dec 1783. He died on 13 Nov 1859.   4 F iii Mary CRANE was born on 27 Nov 1786. She died on 25 Aug 1872. She was buried in Episc. Cem.,Burnt Hills,NY.         Mary married Sherman CURTISS. Sherman was born on 21 Sep 1778. He died on 5 May 1853. He was buried in Episc. Cem.,Burnt Hills,NY.   5 M iv Pierson CRANE was born on 16 Nov 1792. He died on 11 Mar 1874. He was buried in Pine Grove Cemetery, Charlton, NY.         Pierson married Roxanne SMITH daughter of Zadock SMITH and Hannah ROCKWELL. Roxanne was born on 17 Dec 1799. She died on 20 Feb 1861. She was buried in Pine Grove Cemetery, Charlton, NY.   6 M v Jonas CRANE was born on 20 Dec 1794. He died on 15 May 1874. He was buried in Isaac Smith Cemetery, Division St.,Charlton.         Jonas married Almira BRADLEY daughter of Silas BRADLEY and Olive. Almira was born on 3 Feb 1801 in ,,CT. She died on 9 Apr 1889 in Charlton,Saratoga,NY. She was buried in Isaac Smith Cemetery, Charlton, NY.   7 M vi John CRANE was born on 24 Mar 1800. He died on 18 Mar 1877. He was buried in Pine Grove Cemetery, Charlton, NY.   8 M vii Edwin CRANE was born on 26 Sep 1804. He died on 4 Nov 1888 in Fort Edward,,NY.         Edwin married Mary PARISH.   9 F viii Eliza CRANE was born on 26 Sep 1804.
